Tour Process:
- Stop by our office and provide a copy of your driver's license.
- Pay a $25 key deposit to receive a key to the rental property.
- Visit the home and take a look around.
- Return the key and receive a $20 refund.
Ready to apply? Submit an application online and pay the application fee of $40. Bad credit? No worries! We evaluate multiple aspects of your application.

- Current and past employment
- References and/or credit history
