James Grant Realty requires an application fee of $40.00. If you would like to pay the $40 processing fee in person, come to our offices at 1254 Westgate Parkway between the hours of 9:00 to 4:00. Otherwise, on-line payment can be when you submit your application.

When the application fee is received, we will continue the application process by conducting a credit report and background check. this is the standard operating procedure for all applicants.
